Hungry Cloud (Operated by COCO PAWS)

At Hungry Cloud, we take utmost care to prepare and deliver fresh, hygienic, and high-quality food to our customers. As we deal in perishable food items, our return and refund policy is outlined below:

No Return Policy

  • All food items sold by Hungry Cloud are non-returnable.

  • Once an order is confirmed, prepared, and delivered, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or resold due to food safety and hygiene regulations.

No Refund Policy

  • Orders once placed and delivered successfully are not eligible for refunds.

  • We do not offer refunds for:

    • Change of mind after ordering

    • Taste preferences

    • Delays caused by factors beyond our control (traffic, weather, third-party delivery partners)

Exceptions

A refund or replacement may be considered only in exceptional cases, such as:

  • Incorrect item delivered

  • Missing items in the order

  • Food quality issues due to preparation or packaging errors

In such cases:

  • The issue must be reported within 30 minutes of delivery

  • Clear photographic evidence must be shared

  • Hungry Cloud reserves the right to verify the claim before taking any action

Order Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they are accepted and preparation has begun.

  • Cancellations prior to order confirmation may be considered at our sole discretion.
